Lifetime Individual Sports

Participants learn sports that can be played for a lifetime that do not rely on a team format. We believe that the self-discipline and impulse control learned in the exposure to these activities can be transferred to other aspects of daily living. Last year alone, young people in NYC participated in:

  • self-defense
