Two New Social Program Models Identified As Meeting “Top Tier” Evidence of Effectiveness

It’s official: CAS-Carrera is a “Social Program That Works,” according to the Coalition for Evidence Based Policy, a non-profit, non-partisan organization based in Washington, DC.

Our robust outcomes led the Coalition to identify CAS-Carrera as meeting its “Top Tier” evidence of effectiveness.  Recent follow-up data show that New York City program participants graduated from high school and enrolled in college at significantly higher rates than peers who did participate in the program.
